A Letter From Catherine

Hi,
I’m Catherine, founder of Palm Beach Homes & Lifestyle.

Before you try the PBHAL Content Studio, I wanted to share why I built it, because it didn’t start in a boardroom; it started with conversations. I have been splitting my time between Palm Beach and the UK for over twenty years. My husband discovered Palm Beach long before I did, having spent years here before we met and it didn’t take long for him to convince me to come and experience it for myself.

I was captivated immediately. The light, the water, the architecture, the lifestyle, but most importantly, the people, kept drawing me back until Palm Beach became a place that truly felt like home. This community welcomed me with a warmth I never expected, and over the years I have always looked for ways to give something back.

During that time, I have built a genuine life here and a wonderful network of friendships, including hundreds of realtors across Palm Beach County. I spent much of my career selling homes in the UK and I thought I understood real estate. Then I discovered Palm Beach! There is truly nothing else like it anywhere in the world and I wanted to use everything I knew and everyone I knew, to help the people who represent it.

Through Palm Beach Homes & Lifestyle, I have spent years sharing the stories behind this incredible community. Every day I’m immersed in the local market, sharing properties, speaking with agents, creating content and seeing what connects with buyers, sellers and realtors. One conversation kept coming up again and again. Realtors told me they knew they needed to be more visible online, but they simply didn’t have the time to consistently create quality content, keep up with local stories or adapt their message for different platforms. They wanted to stay top of mind, but building a successful real estate business already demands so much of their time.

This was the problem I wanted to solve. I have also always had a passion for architecture and design. Long before I entered real estate, I completed a degree in interior design and I believe that understanding how people experience a home is a huge part of telling its story. That perspective has shaped everything I create through PBHAL.

My husband has spent nearly thirty years in the software industry and together we combined his technology experience with my understanding of real estate, content and the Palm Beach market to create the PBHAL Content Studio. The Studio was built specifically for realtors. It uses our proprietary Dynamic Voice Engine to create authentic, market-specific content in seconds, while adapting that content for the platform it’s being created for. Because an Instagram post, a newsletter and a listing description should never sound the same.

Most importantly, it was designed to give realtors back what they told me they needed most: time!
