Monique Carlone

Monique Carlone believes real estate should be a complete service experience rather than a simple transaction. For her, each client relationship is built on purposeful engagement, clear communication, and a focus on achieving the customer’s goals. She works to deliver that level of service to both buyers and sellers. Born and raised in Naples and familiar with the winter circuit in Wellington, Monique combines local knowledge with a strong background in corporate marketing and sales. Earlier in her career, she served as marketing and sales director for a local electrical contractor, helping grow the company from $2 million to more than $8 million in gross sales within six years. She also owned and managed a hay distribution company, importing hay from Canada and expanding the business to more than 30,000 bales annually. Monique is fluent in Spanish and is a member of the National Association of Realtors.
